Dr. Michael Shanafelt graduated from the Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. He completed his residency and internship programs at Summa Health System in 1994-1997.

Dr. Shanafelt became board certified in Internal Medicine in 1997 and was recertified in 2007.

Dr. Shanafelt joined our practice in 1997.
