Sheri
Sheri Hellebrand, PTA
Sheri graduated from Stark State University in 1995. She has 16 years of physical therapy experience with 10 years coming from a Skilled Nursing Facility and 6 years coming from an in Outpatient Rehabilitation.
Dean Sarris, MSPT
Dean graduated from Walsh University 2001. He has 11 years of experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy while also working some in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Dean has been the Facility Manager for the Stow location of Primary Care Associates Physical Therapy since 2004.
Jay
Jay Simon, PTA
Jay graduated from Kent State University in 2002. He has 10 years of experience in Outpatient Rehabilitation with experience in both Home Health Physical Therapy and in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Jay has been the Facility Manager of the Kent Location of Primary Care Associates Physical Therapy since 2005 and Program Director since 2007.

Karen graduated from Stark State University in 1999. She has 10 years of experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy.

Lou Sfara, PTA
Lou graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University and received his PTA degree from Penn State University. He has 15 years of experience in Outpatient Rehabilitation.

Scott McMillen, DPT
Scott graduated from The College of Wooster in 1992 with a Bachelors in Biology and from Arcadia University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2002.

He has 10 years of experience as a PT mostly in Outpatient Clinics. Scott has also worked in Home Health Care Physical Therapy, Acute Care, and Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapy.

What to expect

  • Initial visit lasts 30-60 minutes with one-on-one treatment where your individual care plan will be created.

  • Each following session takes approximately one hour, but can vary depending on the care needed.

  • Typically, the length of treatment is 2-3 times per week for 4-6 weeks, and nearly every insurance plan covers physical therapy.

  • Upon completion of treatment, most patients benefit from increased neurologicall and musculoskeletal function.
