David F. Fantelli, M.D.

Dr. David Fantelli graduated from The Medical College of Ohio in 2001. He completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Summa Health Systems during 2001-2004 and became board certified in Internal Medicine in 2004. Dr. Fantelli joined Primary Care Associates of Northeast Ohio, Inc. in July 2004. Dr. Fantelli is also the assistant professor of Internal Medicine at NEOUCOM.
Dr. Fantelli has special interest in the treatment of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Stroke, Weight loss, Depression and in the prevention of Heart Disease and Stroke.
Dr. Fantelli is accepting new patients at all three office locations he serves Hudson, Tallmadge, and Kent.
